I went in 2021 and forgot to post a review then but they did amazing! Very kind and has such a great atmosphere!
Not sure how you get an appointment here because they are 100% non responsive. Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't respond to texts. I guess they don't need the business 🤷♀️
EDIT: changing my initial review because while I did have the experience the first visit, the business is definitely one of the better ones who cares and wanted to make it right. I reached back out and got another ultrasound scheduled and the second go round was so much better than the first. We got some great photos and we’re not rushed at all and seen at our scheduled appointment time. I came by for a sneak peek test and the process was quick and easy.
I have to post my review here since the office in Greensboro will be “closing”. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNETHICAL. JUST READ THE CONVERSATIONS & answer yourself if you should considered paying for a FAKE AI Generated photo. The amount of screenshots shown should already be a HUGE NO. Because why go back and forth with a client? I got my ultrasound completed June 8th and was told I’d receive ALL my photos within 7-10 business days.
