Fabulous food! We stopped here to on our way home from Florida. From the moment that we walked in the door our mouths were watering just from the smell. The food was absolutely amazing. I mean there was not anything that was not spectacular and I’m not usually one to prefer BBQ. The sweet tea is the real deal and Benny kept us filled up. We enjoyed meeting Benny and talking to him and can’t wait to get back.
This is by far, hands down the best BBQ in Macon! Benny is the nicest guy and so accommodating! Won’t go anywhere else for BBQ!

Passing through on our way to vacation and found the GEM on Yelp. the food was absolutely delicious, well priced and the owner was so incredibly pleasant. The ribs literally fell off the bone, the chicken salad was hearty and filling and the tips were incredibly juicy. If we ever happen to drive through Macon again we will definitely need to make a stop.
Lil Benny made my Fourth of July a breeze. I had ordered the pack meal with 1/2 rack of ribs and 1/2 chicken, with fixings. I got a phone call about an hour before my pick up time that they had miscalculated on ribs, but would have some ready later. I chose to sub rib tips as my son and daughter in law had plans after we ate. So glad I did. The rib tips were so tender and my son couldn't get over how great the rub on the chicken was. We enjoyed every mouthful. We'll be back. Soon!
Great customer service. Good food. My experience .... A clean restroom says a lot about a business. Keep it up Lil Benny's.
The staff is very friendly, food very tasteful, definitely one of the best we’ve ever had!
