Looks like miami is finally being cleaned up of tin can homes. This is crazy for a hurricane, all trailer home parks should be illegal.
They sold out. The property will now be owned by "The Urban Group" and they have given residents until May 2025 to vacate. To receive any semblance of proper compensation, you are expected to move out by January 2025 (2 months from writing this post).
