Terrible company, and terrible service. They will not cancel a protection plan for a phone I do not have in my possession anymore no matter what I tell them. The steal money from people
Extremely Disappointing Protection Plan If I could give this plan -100 stars, I would. I enrolled in the Likewize device protection plan at $15.81 per month for my leased phone because I specifically asked for a protection plan that would ensure I would not have to pay out of pocket if the device was damaged. The representative sold me this plan after I clearly stated that I wanted coverage so I would not need to pay for repairs later. This service is an absolute scam! I laid 430$ over the course of my 2 year plan, and when it finally cracked they tell me over the I have to pay for the repair! Ive used this service before, and did NOT have to pay any additional fees. Aubrey, was cold and refused to help. Would reiterate that it is in the terms and service , which no representative explained while signing me up for this contract. This is ILLEGAL! AND this company and this employee should NOT BE ABLE TO SCAM ANYONE ELSE! 0 stars. Would never recommend.
Do not get this insurance they are the worst trying to put in a claim and they give you the runaround they liars. I have been with this company for years I never filed a claim and now they're saying I need to send my phone knowing that this phone is for my business and they don't even want to give you a loaner phone until I get My back.
