AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!! SHAME ON YOU, ROGERS, FOR ALLOWING SUCH A SCAM TO BE PROMOTED BY YOU. I leased a phone through Roger's and purchased the protection plan as I absolutely wanted to ensure I would have no troubles with the exchange of the phone at the end. If I could give them less than 1 I totally would. Replacement devices contain counterfeit parts. Website doesn't work, representatives do nothing but apologize. They waste your time expecting you to quotes from "authorized" repair shops. Stay clear of Likewize. This is how they send out the replacements....disgusting industry, no customer service skills.
Cannot even speak with anyone to cancel, but they changed their number. It went okay, but there was some issues with service ending the call too early.
Pointless protection. It's literally cheaper to go to a phone repair store. Zero stars
