Be warned. This company is quite simply terrible. The customer service is appalling. It’s an “upsell” that Rogers, The Mobile Shop and Loblaws Inc should be embarrassed to associate with. If you are offered “device protection” with Likewize, my advice is just say no. I’m genuinely disappointed to have to write this, I just want to caution other customers and prospective customers.

Its a scam!! My phone screen was broken, they replaced it with a new phone and charged me $447.BUT the 2 agents that I talked didnt told me to return the broken phone, now after 1 month they charged my credit card for another $364 because I ddnt send back the broken phone..I paid worth 21 months on phone insurance The agent that I talked was not helping. All in they charged me $1120. Whats the point of having insurance from this company??!!

Zero stars if possible. Do not get coverage from here! They have been charging my account money for a phone I dont even have! Been trying to get ahold but no actual person picks up the phone! Total scam

No need having a protection plan with these guys, they're not reliable at all. I called to make a claim I was being asked to pay a processing fee worth more than the repair cost for my device. Same way they sent me to a shop that almost scammed me. I will be canceling my protection plan and you guys be ready to refund me all I've paid on this plan.
