I cancelled my insurance with my service provider and still kept getting charged. Had to take it up with my Bank.
I've never given a negative review. I just don't bother, but I cannot imagine a worse device protection company than likewize. Do not purchase a device that uses this company. Run!!!
Impossible to speak to anyone..automated person makes you lose the will to live. Then asks you a question you answer then proceeds to hang up on you. Useless company
They are a scam. Been paying 21 a month for 2 years and a scratch on the side of the phone isn't covered. Their isn't very much they cover. Do not pay for their phone protection.
