The only thing like mind is good for is making things worse, I tool a support person with me as it was a bad day. I had a first initial appointment today i was referred to them by my corrections officer, i went in today and this guy didnt tell me his or his students name, didnt ask if i was okay with his student being there, he proceeded to ssk me questions, then he told me it was okay to selfharm and that self harming is "one of the best coping mechanisms", i told him about my mum passing due to hospital overdosing her on her medication and he basically called her stupid and that closapine is a very dangerous medication and if she was ... read more
As hard as it was I sought much needed help, only to be passed around like a football. Open me up then shut me down. Typical of government services.
My G. P placed me on a management plan with 6 visits for a phycologist or a phychiatrist. I ended up with a social worker and 2 visits and my life is getting harder and harder. Why even come here as time being wasted. Look into this and book in for a phycologist. They say it takes a while. Hard to believe.
