A stylish and well-organized store with a great selection of shoes and clothing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience enjoyable. While some popular items sell out quickly, the overall service and atmosphere make it a great place to visit.
Standing in a line outside to shop in 40 degree weather for 30 minutes is NOT a customer experience or perception. You really need to reconsider this rule or lose customers.
Never felt compelled to write a google review but here we go, probably last time I’ll support Likelihood again. Wasn’t informed of the return policy at length that would then result in me not being able to return an item, which is fine that they can’t make an exception but one of the owners had to butt in and offer a snide remark despite me being totally friendly and reasonable about the situation. I went with my sister and we loved the shop. Super friendly staff. We spent some time talking to them and it was super nice. They have really cool shoes at reasonable prices. We bought 4 pairs! 100% recommendable. Nestor and Tamara. Spain
