Fantastic customer service and specialized sneaker offerings. I left with a smile, custom Sambas and my first Japanese slip ons by Suicoi’e.
A super cool atmosphere and selection of rare sneakers and matching clothing styles
Staff is extremely helpful with their suggestions, input, and overall have a very genuine energy. They have a great selection that I haven’t been able to find elsewhere. Overall the store is a great space!
Posting review here since no reply from the customer care email. I visited Likelihood SLU and had an unfortunately poor experience. From the moment I walked in, as the only customer, I was met with attitude and disregard by an employee (Nadavie?). When I asked if a certain item was in stock, she didn’t bother to check and simply said, “This is all we have.” I showed her that the website indicated the item was in stock, prompting her to reluctantly go to the back and retrieve it.
