this store's mgmt is completely unorganized. They close randomly with no regard for their posted hours, making them totally unreliable. waste of time for sneakerheads who travel from places....
Had a great customer service experience with Likelihood and had to leave a review. I ordered a Mfpen shirt from them and when I received it and wore it, I noticed the front pocket construction was wrong and the fabric was already fraying. I reached out to mfpen initially as this had nothing to do with Likelihood. I was told that it was a manufacturing error and to go through Likelihood. Called up Likelihood and immediately got help.
