I have tried quite a few boutiques in the past. I am always disappointed by the results. Not anymore! Slava is the best esthetician I've ever met. She's honest. She actually cares about her clients. Her prices are very reasonable. She's extremely knowledgeable. I drive over an hour just to see her. She is well worth it!

The lady was wonderful very friendly and accommodating. I came late because of heavy traffic towards the salon. She patiently waited and understood the situation. I give 3 because though she was very pleasant and nice, the waxing was painful which I understand but the day after it was worse since part of my skin was literally bruised and peeled from hot wax. I was in total discomfort and unhappy. Maybe check the wax temperature specially for clients having a brazilian wax.
