I’m only giving 2 stars because Ha Lee Im was an amazing nurse. Beyond that, I felt ignored and mistreated while in pain, which aligns with concerns I’ve seen about how Black women are sometimes treated in hospitals. Briefly, I went in for two ambulatory procedures and ended up in CT ICU with a collapsed lung. Nurse Kelly Shapiro and Olivia (I don’t recall her last name) need to reconsider their roles in patient care. They took away the reduced price valet parking for the handicap, crazy
Horrible horrible horrible!! My husband has ITP and his platelets crash fast . We went at 9:30pm Tuesday night and the emergency front staff is nasty attitude and just ignored our pleas that if he crashes to below 10,000 it goes very fast to 0 and he will die . I just got home after they told us his platelets are at 3000 and its been over an 1 and a 1/2 and still no meds to get his platelets up . Lack of professionalism. Specially in lower level medical professionals. Everything super delays. They are fun a lot each other but no time to listen you. This hospital degrading day by day. Not because of treatment but mostly the primary service. Hope they will improve their service.
