Ligovi CT is an awesome place to workout. Trainer is amazing, patient, and very helpful. Workout will be modified to what each person can handle and will push you to do better each day.

It’s only been a couple of months and I have seen great results. Love this place! Excellent trainer who encourages and motivates you. She has patience to supervise each individual’s progress and endurance. Highly recommended. Ligovi strong!
