Guy was VERY RUDE and impolite to talk to, was very inconsiderate about their products, would not suggest anyone buying from them, if they can't be polite and talk to you about their products would not get very good customer service from them!!
Should of never bought anything from this company They're all car salesmen...liars and conmen...after 2 years RQS CD drive is dead... Hey, call us we're here for you....good luck with that! Stay away..especially if you live in a different state...you will be treated as the bastard son at the family picnic ????

Ok, I have been dealing with Lightyear Music for months now. It hasn't been without problems, but not with the company, with a couple of computers. Every problem i have had they have been immediately available for me and have fixed it. This company has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm happy and Even completely walked me through how to use everything. So far, if i have Any problem i just call and they take care of it. I bought my first karaoke system (portable) YAY!!! only through the help of Nick who answered all the karaoke questions I threw at him. Nick is truly a professional and his technology savvy is an asset to his employer. As an "old-school" individual, I believe in young people like Nick, who really know their stuff and able to explain everything in the way I could relate.
