Jason from Lightworks was incredible to work with. We are remodeling our condo and he came over to build out the new network for our home. He was so professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Not only did he set up the new network and security perfectly but was able to give me some great advise about rebuilding my home network in my other home in Austin, Texas so that I have better coverage and speed throughout my home than I currently do. Mallory was very attentive to our needs for our window shade. She gave us multiple options after she listened to what our goals were and was overly accommodating after our consultation to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and we did! Definitely will recommend Lightworks to anyone who needs a window shade or shades, there is more to consider than what you might imagine when you need a window solution, but they made it easy and did it right.
