Best network service company in the triangle. We have used them for our desktops and servers. Their fiber optics cabling is beautiful and very reasonable. We have been very happy with LightWire for the past eight years and would highly recommend them. Their response time is impressive and their fees are reasonable. First Class company.

Do it all computer company. – Three months ago Lightwire setup our new office in North Raleigh. They ran the data cables and installed all of the networking equipment. The technicians installed a new VOIP system with unified messaging which everyone loves. They also setup all the computers, network printer and server. The technicians are very knowledgeable, personable and on time. With all of the challenges of setting up a new company it was nice to be able to call one company for all of our computer and phone needs.

Blown off for the big account – We are a small company. I have just been told by the owner that he does not want our business. I gather it is because we do not generate enough revenue for him, since he told me yesterday that he had our prefered technician out on a call for a bigger client who generates more revenue and he could not handle our situation that day.
