This place is a disgrace to work on motorcycles. They have had my bike for two weeks for a starting problem. Give me different stories every time I call so I come to the store to get a direct answer and the manager catches an attitude with me and says, “ you have been calling for the past 3 days why you want me to do about it just take your bike and get it fixed somewhere else” keep in mind I bought the bike brand new less then 6 months ago and takes 2 weeks to “diagnose” a starting problem and after calling the warranty com... read more
I had done business with Mr. Richard for years. All the way until the end when he sold the business to the current owners. A few days ago I called trying to find a few, plastic push pins for the fairing on my bike. These are cheap plastic. Sold all over Ebay. I needed 6 for backups , just in case. The guy calls me back and tries to sell me 6 plastic push pins for 30.00. 5.00 a piece. This in and of itself should tell you what these people are doing, along with the horrible work that they do and charge 3 times what it should ... read more
