The owner of this appraisal group said he is a mountain property expert for Coal Creek Canyon/ Front Range. What a joke, the guy used 12 month old comparables for my property when there were 6 recent (90 day) comparables. He compared my newly updated renovated house to fixer uppers 4 miles away, instead of using homes that literally sold within a two minute walk from my home.
