Erica was very professional and experienced in what was performed
I was burned on both visits, I do not recommend anyone to go here. I have been warning everyone about this place. If you have any type of nerve damage you should not go here either. Response: I did reach out sent Dr's note and all because I went to Duke and your company still hasn't even refunded my over 4 grand because my mistake I paid for everything up front not knowing I was going to have such a horrible outcome. You company has kept my money knowing I'm NEVER coming back for nothing.
This place is exceptionally, friendly and accommodating, they are knowledgeable and efficient and very patient even when they didn’t have to be. I had some trouble getting to the appointment and I called the call center. It was absolutely a terrible experience talking to the call center But don’t let that sway your opinion of the facility itself. I waited on hold for 18 minutes just to be sent to voicemail. I had the laser lipo treatment for my stomach. It work well I lost 5 pounds , and in some areas 2” . I am so happy with my treatment and the staff was amazing. I will definitely be coming back.
Purchased via Groupon – 40 units of Botox deal. The first issue I encountered was the appointment scheduling. I had to wait almost six weeks for my Botox appointment since the injector only works on certain days and times. After scheduling, I received a text that her days had changed, and because I also work, I had to reschedule, which was a huge inconvenience.
