I am so disappointed with the lightrx main office, the branch in Woodlands(Houston), TX (where I was going) closed last September without finishing my contract and until now we are still paying for it (as I used there loan service), I have been waiting for my refund since last year. I was loving everything about light RX until the day before my most recent appointment. I received a voicemail explaining that the location I normally go to (Plainfield) has merged with a location about an hour from my home (North Indianapolis). Not only was this extremely unprofessional, but I had to push my appointment back by two weeks due to lack of open appointments on such short notice. Light Rx Face and Body (Plainfield, IN) is an awesome, beautiful and spacious location. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. My esthetician Stephanie is excellent. She always has a smile on her face and that definitely tells me that she loves what she does. Stephanie makes you feel at ease with the whole laser hair removal. Gale is very good and understanding too. �
