Pros: clean, friendly and professional environment. Cons: went in for Brazilian laser hair removal, which I’ve had 6 times before from two different businesses in different states, so I’m pretty sure I knew what to expect. Literally 4 zaps and the aesthetician said we were done. I felt the location of the zaps so I asked “are you sure? You got the whole area?” She said yup and walked out of the room. 6 weeks later and I’m not even sure it’s worth my time to go back even though I paid for 3 sessions in advance. Paid for lazer hair removal and the office closed and now I cant get anyone to help me. This company is a scam.
I have the BEST service here every time that I come. I bought a package of ten treatments today, because I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Great lasing service by Alex, and thanks so much to Melissa for hooking me up with the package deal!
Friendly staff, have been using Light Rx for years, still great service
Paid $2k for a scar removal treatment for my daughter and was guaranteed the scars would be fully removed. She went through all the (painful) treatments and unfortunately had very minor improvements if any at all. The manager indicated she would continue treatment until they were gone which was awesome. New management has taken over and will not honor the agreement. They asked for $2k more for a different package that "would be more effective".
