I spent $5000 for face and body treatments at LightRx, and got little to no results and I'm very disappointed ......I gave 2 stars because the staff was very nice, friendly, and professional...However, $5000 is a lot of money to spend for the minimal results I received. I did get an email a few weeks later asking me to review my experience, and I did communicate my feelings to them regarding my experience, thinking that possibly someone would reach out in an effort to make things right, but no one did.... Service is exceptional and they treat you kindly. Staff is very accommodating and informative about all processes. Would absolutely use them again if/when needed!
