Initially my experience with Dr. Sharon was great. Then we ran into an issue where I was being overcharged. When I realized it, they told me I wasn’t being overcharged. Then I gave them proof from my insurance and I had to fight for 3 months for her to return my money; over $500. There is no excuse for such poor accounting. Either they knew and were double dipping between me and the insurance company or they didn’t realize it. Either is an indicator of bad business practices. I have been going to Sharron for several years and I cannot say enough good things about her and the Acupuncture practice! And the Customer Service is terrific!
I had a great experience! Unfortunately, I had to pay out of pocket. Currently I’m looking for someone that accepts my insurance.
