TERRIBLE customer service. Gave me the WRONG product information; then when I informed them of their error, they said, "Sorry, maybe we did make a mistake and give you the wrong information, but there's nothing we can do about it." Save your time. Go elsewhere and buy the same products for cheaper.

I have to say at first I avoided this store because I just assumed the items would be too expensive but when I did go in I was so delighted with the service and attention I got from Stephanie. She sent me so many suggestions and I was able to quickly order these beautiful light fixtures many of which were not that pricey. She was well aware of my budget and style and I have to say she nailed it!! I hope others will try this local store & support retail :)

If I could give zero stars I would. This is for their online business as I didn’t go into a store. Where do I begin? I ordered 2 pendant lights that clearly state that the bulbs are included. The pendant lights arrive in a beat-up box one week later without the bulbs. I call customer service and was told I was absolutely wrong and the person would barely let me speak and kept cutting me off. I asked to speak to a manager for help and was told no. This has possibly been the worst customer experience I have seen. First of all they themselves don’t even know what they’re selling. The description of the item on their website is totally incorrect. We order 14 lights, and only received lights but were missing tons of parts that are included with the product. This review is for the Manhattan Beach location only. My wife is an interior designer and placed an order for a ceiling fan she used on a number of projects in Italy. The lead time was quoted as 2-3 weeks. 8 weeks later, the order still has not shipped and without apology the service representative said we can cancel or wait. A month later it was delivered in the wrong finish without parts.
