Felix is the consummate professional! I had a consultation with the city of Phoenix on Friday and they sent me a list of resources to contact about irrigation issues. Felix is a lifesaver. On a Saturday morning I was leaving town, I discovered a burst irrigation pipe that was flooding my garage. He helped me over the phone to get the water shut off, then he made time to come over that afternoon to resolve the cause and repair the pipes. He was fast, fair, and honest. He made sure the job was done right and that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend and will call him again if I need help.
