Upon arrival, we were seated and given a lesson on the different types of opals and where they come from. Absolutely loved it. We then chose a black opal ring with no pressure from the staff. Highly recommend.

今天兒子突然找到這家Opal店，因為對Opal沒太多興趣，可是兒子想去就硬著頭皮去了，遇到非常和善的工作人員親切的歡迎我們入內參觀，在得知我們只是參觀沒有意願購買的情況下，親切的講解Opal的設計，知識還拿出店內的寵物給我們觀看，真的讓我們很驚喜，最後真的是發自內心的購買了小小的飾品，也算是給予一些支持，希望對Opal有興趣的朋友也來支持哦 另原諒我只拍了店寵因為這是我今天最大的驚喜😝😝😝

Over two years later I returned to this wonderful store to purchase some opals to celebrate another special family event. I was tended to by the daughter, Kira who was knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist. We are overjoyed with our purchases and highly recommend this very special place. I was in there last year and had a very enjoyable experience. Going back again this week for another great time. This is not just buying opals from a shop and walking out. The staff make you feel welcome, impart knowledge and carefully guide you through your decision making. And they show you some cool pet reptiles while at it. Real good old-fashioned customer service interactions that I sometimes crave for in this digital online world of shopping.

loved the tutorial on how different types of opal jewelry are made and looking at all of the different jewelry they had in store. my friend and i got opal rings together to commemorate our friendship and our trip to australia. had so much fun, and they also helped us with what to do to get the tax refund and the airport.
