Margaret allowed the tenant who lived in the house after i left to move in without creating a new account with the utility department, leaving me with the bill. I would not recommend working with Margaret Hassani and lightning realty. Follow up to owners response... when i did sign my contract with Margaret, no matter what she named her company during that time span or what it is today, i was required by contract to have my utility contracts set prior to moving in.
