Extremely unreliable service. I booked two weeks in advance and made it very clear that this was my final day of tenancy and I had to return the keys. Dean was great. He’s the first carpet cleaner I know that gave me a money back guarantee. He got a chemical stain out of wool carpet and he did a brilliant job. Also, he showed great communication and the process was easy. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Dean and his brother! They were incredibly patient and professional despite power issues at the property, and went above and beyond to work around my timeframe. The carpets looked spotless and fresh. Great service—I’d definitely use them again!
Great service recommend and great pricing
