Just tried this carwash for the first time. I usually go to the one behind Genuine Auto Care. I must say, I'm completely surprised on how well it cleaned my truck. I'll definitely be coming back!
Scuffed up my car and won't do anything about it. Put scratches on the side of my car and on the black plastic between the windows. The worker saw what it had done, and was nice and did a damage report and said manager would call me. They didn't after a few days so I called back and did another report. Manager finally called and just had excuses and was rude. Taking a big risk if you go here; if they mess up your car they won't do anything to fix it.
