Worse experience ever with LL Main Street went in to get Val gasket changed due to a leak. I was told it would take four hours. The lady Ashley called the next day and said that I need a new spark plugs due to oil Been spilled inside the spark plugs. and if I didn’t change them, my car would misfire on down the line….fast forward to a week and a half later they still have my car due to. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I came to them for an oil change this evening around 4:30 (for my 2021 Ram 1500 truck) and they not only left the oil stick under the hood on top of the engine, they overfilled my oil by at least a quart and spilled it all over and on the side of my engine!! This place is top notch. Went to change oil and they diagnosed my check engine light. Made appointment to fix fuel injector. Success. Fast forward: then next day after had issue with wipers not working. Brought back and they acknowledged that there was a mistake made. Fixed and on my way. Thank you from the bottom of my ♥
