Best quick polite service
Sorry but Lightning Lube’s website says they are open on Saturdays until 3:00. I called at 12:57 to make sure they are open and no answer after 10 rings. I called again. Same thing. They used to be reliable, but I’ve noticed a drop in Customer Service the last few times I was there. I hope they can turn things around.
Can only change the oil if it can fit on a lift... I guess nobody knows how to use a creeper anymore. Not a good spot for a plow truck. Lazy employee I assume not sure an owner would turn down business that easily. America 2017...
Love this place! Friendly staff. Quick service. Nothing fancy but I trust them. Love the new location-right by my work.
I asked them how much for an oil change and they said $33. I came back the next business day asked for an oil change but they gave me a full service instead at $10 extra. EXCEPT, they forgot to check the tire pressure, lights, belts, exhaust, hoses and didn't even attempt to vacuum. They could have at least vacuumed the driver side and asked if I wanted to move stuff so they could vacuum the back. So I paid $10 extra for a little washer fluid and for them to wash my front and rear windshields. Not going back...
Have gone a few times for convenience and proximity to downtown. Staff was very rude every time. To me, it's not worth dealing with their bad attitude anymore to be returning.
Went to get the oil changed, hot day today so my husband had the van running for the AC (for our 2 & 4 year olds) while he was waiting in line. Guy walk out mad saying "You're just leaving it running so i can get burnt on the engine?! Well... pull it up." As he walks away, he is mumbling under his breath. Very Rude & Unprofessional in my opinion. My family has been loyal customers for well over 10+ years. Well... no more. You have just lost at least a dozen loyal customers. Great job.
