Had the oil changed in our Toyota 4 days ago. We drove the car for about half a day and now the oil pan bolt is missing and we have oil all down the street. Our Toyota has zero oil in it after the engine shutdown. We have friends who went here the same day and they are experiencing the same problem. I highly recommend not going to Lightening Lube in Bend. Very bad quality of service. Needless to say, they will have an early call from us in the morning!! I couldn't give zero stars so had to default to one star. What a joke.
