This apartment complex is run down all the apartment buildings need remodel they sold this apartment complex like twice their is hardly any body in the office and when you rent from them they do everything online it's a real pain Because the people that own this place is like 3 hours away trust me you don't want to live here it's one head ake after another with these people
I'm visiting my daughter that lives in one of these units. I was shocked to see the condition of everything. The AC is not working. There's garbage all over and water running from one unit. It doesn't help to call the office. They just ignore it. Do not apply to live here
i have some of my best memories in these apartments and we didn’t have much of a struggle with prices
I live here with my family. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone.If you like loud people and cops driving in and out of the parking lot go for it.If you like stuff falling apart out of no where this is your place. My kids cant even go out on to the oh so amazing balcony because the boards are just laying there not nailed in. If you ask for any help with maintenance you wont receive it. Plus they say its income based its not. Not fun and Not affordable. Also the utilities are very high as well.
