Would not recommend living here. State needs to shut these apartments down. Mold in every apartment and management will not do anything about it, nor do they fix anything, and they do not uphold any of their policies. Police are always there quite often. It use to be some of the nicest apartments in Lagrange. Now they're nothing but a dump since Middletown has taken over them. If you are considering renting here, take your money and run. It's not worth the headaches or anything.
Horrible place literally mold in my apartment broken windows they won’t fix because they are not completely broken ac doesn’t work upstairs at all tub fills up when shower is on back door broken can’t even lock it just horrible place to live
This apartment complex is run down all the apartment buildings need remodel they sold this apartment complex like twice their is hardly any body in the office and when you rent from them they do everything online it's a real pain Because the people that own this place is like 3 hours away trust me you don't want to live here it's one head ake after another with these people
