Marshall came to our home, was very rude to my wife. Went on and on about how he does not have time to fix our broken window, complained about how he is short staffed. Barely spent any time our home, not what I was expecting from a professional standpoint. I love to give locally own, family-owned businesses a try but in this case, I will pass.
