The techs that came to evaluate and measure the replacement glass were knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. I'm waiting the the glass installation to further evaluate but I'm confident that it will be excellent as well.
I was informed ahead of time when they would arrive. I was sent a picture of the technician with his name so I would not be letting a stranger into my home.
The installation went perfectly! Since the window could not be accessed from inside, the team replaced the window from the outside instead. Fantastic job. Thank you very much!
