I have been through this establishment for over a year now. I am very happy with the results. Although I did not diet or change my habits; the workouts have been visible to my friends and family. I was going to get an arm lift; several doctors advised against it; but with only 32 sessions, I have rebuilt my arms more firm and sporty muscular by attending 2 sessions per week. I don’t enjoy working out and never understood how people can actually look forward to working out. However, ever since I have joined Lightening Fit, I actually do look forward to getting my 25 minute workout. Only 25 minutes!!! Twice a week? I can do that! I am pushed to my limits and feel it all over my body when I walk out that’s when I know it works! Love working with my trainer Chris. Great way to get fit with less work.
This is the best workout ever. definitely gets you quick results. I am grateful for Lightning Fit. Love it.
