The machines severely scratched the windshield and side of a 2023 car purchased two months earlier. When they got out after the wash to vacuum the vehicle, the driver and passenger immediately saw it had been damaged and brought the extensive scratches to the onsite managers attention. The customer made the manager on duty aware of the damage to her vehicle on 10/27/22. He took pictures of the damage and told her that someone would get back to her the next day. The next day I was made aware of the situation and went to our camera system that records every car that comes through the car wash. I reviewed the footage of Ms. ********'s Subaru entering the car wash, paying at the kiosk and then entering the beginning of the tunnel.
