Great car wash experience! 9 times out of 10 I get through with no issues and a super clean car! The very few times my car has not been squeaky clean, the employees have never hesitated to let me run it back through again at no charge. The vacuum hoses are almost always clean, and if they aren't, an employee will come out right away to clean them if you let them know. No problems here! My wife and I have the monthly package and love it. If ever there was a problem they addressed it immediately.
I have had the monthly packages since November. Never had a problem they were always friendly. Started to notice new employees which seemed like every time I went. They started out good, but now the service is terrible. There so lazy with the brushes that they just bang up against your car. Talked to a manager about that because I was tired of my car getting scratched up. Solved that problem. But now I don’t even go anymore, because I got told that y’all don’t use the brushes on black cars, and then really had it when an emp... read more
