I had 3 smoke detectors installed today. About 4 hours after they were installed (around 7pm), one started chirping. I left a voicemail for Cody around 7:30. Cody is the project manager that came over prior to the installation, to let him know that I was having a problem. He called me during a dinner out with his family to tell me that he would be here to resolve the problem by 9:00. He showed up on time and fixed the problem. Many, many thanks to him! Cody is the best!
Excellent work by Lightning Bug Electric. Cody Waddell was able to diagnose the problem in minutes and repaired it on the spot. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will call Lightning Bug again next time I need an electrician.
I feel fortunate that Steven with Lighting Bug Electric come out and resolved an issue that was keeping use awake the - ATTIC FAN! The issue was diagnosed and the recommendation was given. All question was answered regarding the installation of a new one with confidence. Doing his annalist we were informed that our breaker box was not up to code. Steven really was great! The job he did for me was a pain in the neck job! He gladly did the job with no bitching, complaining, or hesitation. Because of Steven and his assistant Caleb, I will use company again. I will highly recommend!
