These guys literally just tried to boot an in service AMBULANCE. For parking in a gas station parking lot to walk down the street and pick up lunch. The reviews made our lunch taste better.
Can’t even deliver food that was ordered for a complex because of these predatory parasites. I was parked for 1 minute to drop off food to a leasing office and came out to a boot on my car. They clearly don’t do their job properly as I watched them have to take multiple other boots off peoples cars because they wrongfully attached them when they shouldn’t have.
Absolutely awful service. Did not answer the phone during business hours. Charged extra for storage overnight after not responding to phone calls, texts, or voicemails during business hours the previous day because he claimed he “does not answer out of state numbers.” I was in town for a funeral. Bunch of scumbags who watch your car just to put a boot on within seconds after you park. Will charge you 90 bucks just to get it off. Don’t waste your time with these people.
