Totally unprofessional! I showed up at 9 and the guy said it would be about an hour before he got to my vehicle. After waiting an hour, I decided to leave. He said he was about to start on it and it would be done in 30 minutes (just a wash). I come back in an hour, and my vehicle is not washed and he’s not even there. He also left my keys in the door where anyone could have stolen my vehicle.
