The girl there was nice and very well mannered. The technician or the guy that said to my 3 year old son who was looking and open all the dryers as we looked that he didnt need to open and shut them he was so rude like completely rude yelling and all. what is he scared his appliances are put together good. We will not be back and recommend you do either.

Great to work with. Have bought several items since April 2013. In January 2017 had to have a repair on the Kenmore Elite washer we bought in April 2013, but the Sears repairman advised this particular model was notorious for that same repair. The Whirlpool dryer bought at the same time hasn’t skipped a beat, neither has the Kenmore heavy duty commercial upright freezer. We also bought a range for our son, referred my brother, who bought a washer. All good and still working like a top! Highly recommend!

Sales broken appliances then wants to charge you for them to fix it even though they state there is a warranty.
