I ordered a light bulb August 25, 2025…Called October 2, 2025 Spoke to Amanda who apologized and said my order was still in the warehouse house!! She told me she was sending it out and I should receive today!!! Well I spoke to Brenda who I had some choice words when I realize she was not hearing me regarding Amanda’s promise to deliver my package ! Ordered 2 fan motors for over $1000 from this company because they said they have them in stock. A few days later I received an email saying they have been ordered from the manufacturer and will ship when received. This is completely deceitful advertising and I have opened a dispute with my credit card. If you look at all the low star reviews they all say the same thing
Ordered and was told everything was in order. This is a basic floor lamp that said it was in stock. Waited 2 weeks with no response, so I emailed and was told we are waiting on the manufacturer to reach out. They told me I should have picked something in stock to avoid this as if it was my fault. No delivery date or estimate was ever given. Cancelled and ordered from Overstock. Got the lamp in 4 days
