Wonderful experience with this company. I was seeking grease filter replacements for an older model range hood. I found them online. Their price was fair. Their shipping took longer than expected but in the initial message to me it was noted they needed to get the supplies from the manufacturer and then would ship as soon as they received it. I ordered a ceiling fan light attachment. I got the metal support with the diameter/size as described, but the size of the porcelain socket WAS NOT as described; after contacting their customer service, I got a return number. The point is, I had to pay for the return plus their original shipment costs because they only refunded me the part itself, even though it was their misinformation on the light socket size.
