Mrs. rhimes, I’m sorry for your obviously recent bad experience in our showroom. Also, you had mentioned that “we had the worst customer service ever”. I looked through all of our invoices and can’t find where you had purchased anything. We’ve been in business for 47 years and being rude is not something that would help us achieve this longevity. I’ve been dealing with Eric for years he has always gone above and beyond and theirs pices have been very competitive with his pricey.
The worst customer service ever!!!! Their store isn't even a store since you order from a catalog. Heck!!! I can do that at home. The owners Melissa and Eric are rude and I would not recommend this business. There are so many others in conroe who can meet your needs with a nice showroom to see how the lights look and better service.
Eric met me at the jobsite to discuss light options and ensure that we had all the lights needed accounted for. Once our order was placed, our lights arrived in a timely manner and although we were missing a few items, Eric himself made sure to quickly remediate the issues and took it upon himself to come to the jobsite and make any last minute installations and adjustments that were needed. Lighting and Reflections is a one-stop shop for all of your lighting needs.
