Have been trying to find a particular kind of bulb for more than 30 days and can not get a straight answer regarding availability. Tried to schedule at workplace meeting with representative and he called 2 hours after appointment time to inform that he would be late. Have tried to work with GM but to this point has not been effective. Overall rating is one star and much disappointment in a previously helpful company.
