The staff was so nice, polite, thoughtful and helpful. They fixed my lamp in about 2 hours because I couldn't come during the week to pick it up. So thoughtful of them, to put a rush on fixing my lamp. Highly recommend 👌 👍. Mahalo!
Mahalo to Elegant Lighting for fixing up my floor lamp. Everything was super quick and big shoutout to (I think her name was Rhonda?) at the front desk—she was awesome and made the whole process smooth.
My MIL and I had the BEST experience. We had been to three other stores and Elegant Lighting was our last stop. We were greeted right away by the helpful and patient Vanessa. She did her best to decipher our description of what we were looking for. She found so many options for us and we found the perfect light. However, once home, a wire was crossed (our error) and we had to order a part to fix the new light.
