UPDATED :Everything was great until I started noticing pressure into keeping appointments and or rescheduling them .My son never missed unless it was for something important and we always gave a week notice and or days notice.I called the office to see what their cancellation policy was or whats the reason for being so strict with us in these exact words the patient Coordinator said “If your son misses appointments the Clinic misses out on the pay and Therapists don’t get compensation for their time”. My husband and I have made immense growth in our marriage. We have learned so much from our therapist. We then brought in our family. And again, made big strides. Our children have also received different services here and their therapists have been wonderful. Quality and lots of care! The patient care coordinators Junia and Scott did a fantastic job getting all of our sessions schedule. We met the owner/s at an event, and they were delightful. Thank you LightHouse WholeHealth! We tell all people about you all of the time.
Andres did a great job helping us navigate ADHD and improving school success. Great tools. And he was able to work with us on weekends which is a huge blessing.
