Place was decent but now that onsight manager left its a gated ghetto. No one cares where they park, gates don't work, little boy threw glass at another apartment yelling Grape St Watts 🤦♂️. Police here once a week no Bullskit. This place did a 180° vertically ⬇️. Whoever the new manager is needs to do their job and manage Instead of being a lazy azz. Honest people pay too much to live here For it to be the way it is.

Don’t even live there but talked to the so called manager and she was extremely rude and unprofessional ignoring phone calls until called from another phone number. Would never want to lease there based on what I experienced over phone and email.
Ive only been around for about a month its quiet peop le are freindly , to them selfs, i have to say one of the nicer places in hemet
