Natalie has been absolutely wonderful with my son. She is patient, caring, and truly takes the time to understand his individual needs. Really wanted to start therapy here for my child and had high hopes but I continuously reach out to them and get nowhere. I reached out months ago and called. Left a voicemail. They text me back but then never replied. That was months ago. Then I decided to give them another chance and called them the other day. Left a voicemail because they didn't answer. Someone text me back but again but never responded. Very unprofessional.I will look elsewhere.
If I could give a zero star, I would initially reached out to them for an appointment in the beginning of January 2026 for my 16th month old son for speech and occupational assured me that we could set up these appointments and that they would help since then the appointments have both been rescheduled twice and this last time they rescheduled and did not even let me know so now we’ve been waiting two months still no appointments worst care!!!!!
