I won't go into all the details but overall the experience wasn't good
This practice has so many skilled therapists. One of the benefits for me has been the virtual aspect. Sometimes it is a challenge to leave my home and this practice has made it so easy to meet me where I am. Getting started was simple as the group is very responsive. Been using them for about a year now with Andrew. It's very convenient since it's only online but they are good about flexibility in scheduling. Also the platform they use is generally good and doesn't drop too often.
We have been with Lighthouse for a couple of years now and I really appreciate the patience we experience with our progress. It is definitely a weekly routine in the house. It is work, but worth it for a better relationship with yourself, children, and family.
