On July 16, I had a total hip replacement at Lighthouse Surgical Suites in Hollis, New Hampshire\. It is a beautiful, state\-of\-the\-art facility. The first person you meet when you walk through the door is Jessica. She immediately makes you feel welcome. She is cheerful, kind, pleasant, and professional. The surgeon and nurses during the procedure were fantastic. Aftercare not so much. I called at 3 pm the same day of surgery and never got a call back. They are open until 6. I called the day after and never got a call back. I got a bill and was having trouble paying online. I called 3 times on 3 different days and never got a call back and could not get hold of a live person.
I had a total hip replacement at Lighthouse Surgical in April. This out-patient surgery center is outstanding in every way. Every interaction from start to finish was extremely professional especially the conversations I had with the pre-op nurse, Victoria, who was extremely helpful to me. I am 12 weeks post surgery, and feeling great. The replacement was a complete success.
They were very professional before, during, and after my knee replacement surgery. I am very grateful for the excellent work.
