The surgeon and nurses during the procedure were fantastic. Aftercare not so much. I called at 3 pm the same day of surgery and never got a call back. They are open until 6. I called the day after and never got a call back. I got a bill and was having trouble paying online. I called 3 times on 3 different days and never got a call back and could not get hold of a live person.
I had a total hip replacement at Lighthouse Surgical in April. This out-patient surgery center is outstanding in every way. Every interaction from start to finish was extremely professional especially the conversations I had with the pre-op nurse, Victoria, who was extremely helpful to me. I am 12 weeks post surgery, and feeling great. The replacement was a complete success.
They were very professional before, during, and after my knee replacement surgery. I am very grateful for the excellent work.
The facility was immaculate and the nurses and doctors were top-notch. We had to drive a long ways in the middle of the night to get there, but once we were there, the experience was just as good as we could have gotten in Boston.
