I have been very disappointed with my experience at Lighthouse Storage in Boonville, Indiana. The business operates in an unprofessional manner, particularly regarding their payment policies. Despite having a stated grace period for payments, they have locked me out of my unit within just two days of missing a payment, which is well before the grace period ends. I have had a storage unit at the Lighthouse Storage Boonville location for over 2 years now. I opted to go with the more expensive controlled indoor unit, believing that this would keep the pest out. This unit cost me $123/month which is more expensive than the outside units. Today I went to grab a few things, and found a mouse infestation in my unit.
