Nice customer service. A little lacks on explaining extra insurance charges per month and not very cost effective of a coverage. I rated a 3 at the moment because the security gate is always in the open position for the past few weeks so not sure why I am paying for that benefit if it is not functional.
Storage area is always clean and readily available. Secure storage area. no problems with anything.
