This storage facility has changed in the last few months. I have had a unit with them for a few years now and now they have rats. I called the contact information and they told me to file a claim. I don’t want money back I just want them to get rid of the rats but they don’t care. I moved out today after being with them years and had to donate half of my stuff because of how much rat poop was in my unit. They are awful in customer service and I do not recommend renting a unit with them.
