It's a brand new facility so its in great condition, but I've had my unit for less than a year and I've already gotten an email that they are going to start charging me more next month. The units are good but I'm disappointed in the customer relations. UPDATE*** it's been 2 years now and I'm on my 3rd rate increase I'm now paying 13% more than when I first signed up 2 years ago.
